Cody Rhodes, a star of WWE, reportedly suffered an injury during the show’s final moments at WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto, where hip-hop artiste Travis Scott hit him on his head.
It is believed that the impact of the hit led to an eardrum damage and a black eye for Rhodes.
In a chat with the “Unlikely” podcast, WWE’s Kevin Owens expressed his viewpoint on the incident.
Expressing no surprise over Scott’s action, Owens stated, “I don’t really know what else you could expect from Travis Scott. He did what he knows how to do. He punched a guy right in the face. Personally, I think it was fantastic. Well deserved. Cody had it coming. If only for the selfishness of the pyro, but then all the other stuff too. Travis Scott has my seal of approval.”
In the same conversation, Owens also shared about his fondness for several Shakira songs and his opposition to stealing, which can be seen in the video embedded below. [Embedded content]
