Wrestling icon Kevin Nash has officially withdrawn from his planned appearances at the MCW and Adrenaline Championship Wrestling events happening over the weekend.

Today, MCW announced via their Twitter account that Nash had reluctantly decided not to participate in the aforementioned events due to an unexpected back issue. Taking his place will be JBL and Booker T.

You can take a look at the formal declaration below:

“Early this morning, we were notified that @RealKevinNash had an accident and will not be in a position to travel or be present at either of our events for the weekend. We’ve been working strenuously to find appropriate substitutes and are thrilled to reveal that #WWE Hall of Famers @BookerT5X and @JCLayfield will be stepping in.”
