Kevin Nash recalls maintaining a solid rapport with The Undertaker during their time in WWE.
On his recent episode of the “Kliq This” podcast, Nash discussed his camaraderie with ‘Taker during their WWE stint, how The Deadman responsibly handled pills, and more.
Key takeaways from the podcast are highlighted below:
Regarding his relationship with The Undertaker: “My rapport with Mark was always solid… I don’t believe I was the cause for issues. I think Mark had more troubles with some other guys within my circle than with me… This would often come up. Like, when it was time to get more pills. Like you know, we’d run out of pills. And they’d always suggest, ‘Kev. Go ask so-and-so for some lifelines. They like you.’”
About ‘Taker’s restrained use of pills: “No, I mean, damn. You know, he had injured ribs and a severe, that eye socket injury like back — he got beaten badly. But I think he consumed pain pills because he was in true pain. I don’t think he used them for recreational purposes.”
