In a recent episode of his podcast “Kliq This”, Kevin Nash expressed his admiration for Damian Priest and his recent performances as the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
Nash had an in-depth discussion during this episode about the segment from the latest WWE RAW where Damian Priest squared off with Drew McIntyre. Nash remarked,
“Damian Priest has genuinely stepped up to the challenge. In the ring with Drew, who is a sizeable adversary, Priest’s presence made him seem larger than life itself. He appeared to be a real star – relaxed, natural and deserving of the championship belt. A lot of Priest’s success can be attributed to Rhea Ripley’s exceptional talent. Being associated with a unique talent like her, and carrying the responsibility of her microphone work, certainly adds to his charm. Moreover, having the championship title along with the ensuing expectations, does not require major skills. What matters more is how well one aligns with the scenarios written for them – if there is alignment, the possibilities are boundless. In my view, Priest is currently one of the brightest stars in the WWE roster.”
Priest is slated to confront WWE Hall of Fame’s Rey Mysterio in a match on RAW tonight.
