Cody Hall, the son of Scott Hall, is “living life” and may have left wrestling behind, according to two-time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash.

In 2016, Hall suffered a neck injury that forced him to miss over a year of in-ring time, and the second-generation wrestler hasn’t wrestled at all since 2020.

During the latest episode of his “Kliq This” podcast, Nash explained that Hall suffered a broken neck in 2016, which may have soured him on wrestling. He said,

“Cody’s just living life right now. Just trying to piece everything together. He misses the wrestling business, I know that. He had a pretty bad injury over in Japan, he broke his neck. I think he’s soured to it.”

When asked about the possibility of Cody joining WWE or AEW, Nash acknowledged that the clock is ticking. He said,

“He’s getting old, you know? He’s like 33, 30. He’d have to jump on it pretty soon.”
