In a recent episode of his podcast, “Kliq This”, WWE legend Kevin Nash shared about a conversation he had with LA Knight during WWE SummerSlam 2024. He made it clear that despite past issues, there’s no bad blood between them.

Previously, Nash had openly called Knight a “ripoff of The Rock,”, to which the currently reigning United States Champion fired back not-so-pleasantries against the Hall of Famer on WWE television.

Here are some standout moments from the said podcast:

Discussing his conversation with Knight at SummerSlam 2024, Nash shared, “LA Knight was perched at the table’s end and I joined in. ‘So, you finally have the chance to emerge victorious tonight?’, I asked. His response was something along the lines of ‘kind of’. While conversing, I was curious about his experience working with Logan Paul. He filled me in on his views regarding the situation. I prefer not to share his thoughts here since the essence of his words might be misconstrued. I don’t want my interpretation to affect Logan Paul’s relationship with him. Honestly, he struck me as amiable, and there was definitely no tension between us.”

Addressing the past disputes, Nash stated, “At that point in time, no one was trying to sabotage or harm anyone’s career. I never intended to jeopardize his livelihood.”

Commenting on how his past remarks played in favor of Knight, Nash said, “Interestingly, my criticisms have been quoted in the promos on their TV. I would rather be the one that’s being discussed than the one who is ignored. I can have conversations about anyone I wish in wrestling. I could throw jibes at those who are no longer among us and couldn’t come back with a response. However, when it comes to these new generation guys, stirring up controversy isn’t my intention. All I want is for the company to thrive.”
