WWE Hall of Famer, Kevin Nash, expressed his displeasure concerning the events that transpired on the recent episode of AEW Dynamite.

On the latest episode of his podcast “Kliq This”, Nash shared his thoughts on the AEW World Title Street Fight involving Jon Moxley and Cope. This face-off happened on the previous week’s AEW Dynamite.

Several unexpected interventions occurred in the match, with Wheeler Yuta, PAC, and Claudio Castagnoli stepping in to give Moxley an advantage following Cope’s suplex maneuver that left a spike embedded in his back.

Nash took issue with the psychological premise of the run-ins, which largely influenced the ending of the match.

Asserting his perspective, Nash compared, “It mirrors poor battlefield strategies. Imagine in the movie Braveheart, you’re up against the British with eleven comrades and decide to hold back the 93,000 that could turn the tide until only two of your team remain.”

Further discussing the match, which saw The Patriarchy’s Nick Wayne allowing Moxley to defeat Cope and retain his title, Nash questioned, “What was the thought process behind this? Didn’t anyone bring up these inconsistencies during planning?”
