As we previously reported here on eWn, CM Punk wasn’t thrilled with the idea of wrestling KENTA at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II. The matter is something that “may come across badly” in an expected ESPN interview that drops on Friday.

KENTA has since taken to Twitter to comment on the report. He tweeted,

“Hahaha. Me too.

It is ZERO interesting without money. Also, I’m so pissed that they planned our match without my permission and going to make it with NO BAG. This is my personal feud.

F**K YOU.”

Punk and KENTA have been rivals for years over the Second City Saint ‘stealing’ the latter’s GTS finisher.

AEW is yet to announce Punk for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II. The show takes place on June 25 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
