Wrestler KENTA is set to participate in the MLW Blood & Thunder pay-per-view event at the Opera Cup. During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, he shared his thoughts regarding his upcoming match with Bobby Fish, his previous stint with WWE, a potential matchup with CM Punk, and his desire to face Cody Rhodes.
KENTA reflected on his match with Bobby Fish at Blood & Thunder, expressing his anticipation despite not expecting to have the opportunity to face Fish in a bout. He also commented on his time at WWE, stating it made him stronger despite the failure to achieve what they hoped for. Now, KENTA concentrates on his career at MLW, taking pride in his previous representation of Pro Wrestling Noah as its GHC Champion.
The wrestler did not shy away from expressing his interest in a match with CM Punk and also declared his possession over the GTS move. Showcasing his eager desire, KENTA also mentioned wanting to wrestle Cody Rhodes, a pupil of KENTA’s mentor – Rhodes’ father.
