Kazuchika Okada vs Speedball Added To AEW Double Or Nothing, Updated Card & Collision Lineup

As it was anticipated, Kazuchika Okada is set to defend his AEW Continental Championship against “Speedball” Mike Bailey in the upcoming Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2025 pay-per-view event.

There had been a heated altercation between Okada and Bailey during the monumental brawl that led to the announcement of Anarchy in the Arena last week on Dynamite. Renee Paquette had a chat with Okada about Bailey in a backstage segment tonight, bringing to light that Bailey is yet to be defeated. Okada, however, stated that he doesn’t get challenged as he’s the one who holds the title, rather he’s the one who challenges Speedball.

The main event will be preceded by a two and a half hour Buy In pre-show, where several other matches are also set to be added. Currently though, the match line up for AEW Double or Nothing shapes up as follows:

  • Finals of Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament: Mercedes Moné vs Jamie Hayter
  • AEW World Tag Team Championship – Tag Team Match: The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) (c) vs The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara)
  • AEW Women’s World Championship – Singles Match: “Timeless” Toni Storm (c) vs Mina Shirakawa
  • Tag Team Faceoff: FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) vs Nigel McGuiness and Daniel Garcia
  • Stretcher Match Fixture: Mark Briscoe vs Ricochet
  • AEW Continental Championship Contest: Kazuchika Okada (c) vs “Speedball” Mike Bailey
  • Anarchy in the Arena Match: Swerve Strickland, Kenny Omega, Willow Nightingale, and The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Katsuyori Shibata) vs The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, & Marina Shafir) and The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson)
  • Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals: “Hangman” Adam Page vs Will Ospreay

In connection with the match schedule for the upcoming episode of AEW Collision (look out for spoilers after Dynamite tonight), two matches have been confirmed:

  • TBS Championship Open Challenge Match: Mercedes Mone versus Reyna Isis
  • Tag Team Match: “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Komander versus RUSH and Dralistico
