Katarina Set For ROH Women’s World Title Tournament, Mark Haskins Added To Pure Title Bracket
Ring Of Honor made a pair of new announcements this afternoon as Katarina and Mark Haskins have been added to the lineup for two upcoming events.
Katarina (aka Katie Lea, Winter) is coming to Ring Of Honor to enter the Women’s World Championship tournament, which kicks off with eight first-round matches at Quest For Gold in Philadelphia on April 24. Katarina’s accolades include being a two-time former Knockouts Champion, and winning the World Queen of Chaos Championship in 2005.

On the men’s side, Mark Haskins is the latest competitor announced for the ROH Pure Championship tournament.
The 16-man tournament to crown the first Ring of Honor Pure Champion since 2006 begins at Pure Excellence on Friday, April 10 in Columbus and Saturday, April 11 in Pittsburgh. Pure Rules matches include the rules that closed-fist punches were illegal and each competitor was allowed three rope breaks to stop submission holds and pinfalls during the match; after that, pinfalls and submission holds on or under the ropes would be legal.
Haskins enters the tournament with a singles winning streak with victories against Hallowicked, Alex Shelley, and Bully Ray.
