At the AEW Revolution in 2025, Toni Storm successfully defended her AEW Women’s World Championship by creating a formidable Hollywood Ending for Mariah May. The contest was undoubtedly a fierce and bloody one, with both competitors sporting a “crimson mask.”
In the aftermath of the match, RJ City, known for aiding in character development and narrative crafting for Storm, shared a stirring reaction on Twitter. He posted an image capturing the final scene, with the Tron backing his sentiment by displaying “The End.”

Damaris Lewis, who acted beside the titular character in Queen of the Ring, came under fire from the wrestling community for her statements during AEW Revolution 2025. She commented during a ringside interview, “One thing I learned about pro wrestlers, you all know you’re going to win before anybody else does,” causing a stir among fans.
Kamille, portraying June Byers in the Mildred Burke biopic, took to Instagram in defence of Lewis. She pointed out that Lewis had previously voiced identical sentiments in other interviews, acknowledging the wrestlers’ determination. Kamille stressed that Lewis’ statement at AEW Revolution echoed the same sentiment, but unfortunately, due to the short interview, her thoughts were not thoroughly detailed. She affirmed,
“The wrestling community seems eager to judge and criticize. Let’s provide some benefit of the doubt. Let’s hear her opinions directly with enough time to articulate. Do not attack my companion. She is wise and respectful towards the industry. I am standing up for Damaris as I am seeing unfair criticism. She was merely acknowledging wrestlers as determined and diligent individuals.”
Queen of the Ring is currently available in theaters.
In a recent conversation with Kenny McIntosh for Inside the Ropes, Shelton Benjamin expressed his journey from an amateur to a professional wrestler while being trained under Jim Cornette and his team in OVW. He discussed his experience as follows:
Reflecting on his transition to professional wrestling: “I have been a fan of pro wrestling since childhood, so I knew what it encompassed. The shift for me was seemingly smooth and enjoyable. Looking back, I realize that for me, it was somewhat effortless.”
On collaborating with Cornette in OVW: “My training under Cornette was splendid as it exposed me to the traditional style of wrestling. He, alongside Rip Rogers, Danny Davis, Nick Dinsmore, and Rob Conway, is my mentor. Corny is an individual for whom I hold high regard due to his consistent honesty, even if it implies a harsh truth.”
