Jushin “Thunder” Liger On His Retirement
In a Tweet, the legendary Jushin Thunder Liger discussed his retirement after Wrestle Kingdom 14. Roughly translated, Liger wrote, “Retired at Tokyo Dome today! After all, the champion, Hiromu was strong. I can retire without any regrets. I am grateful for messages from various people such as Choshu and Nakamura. There will be a retirement ceremony tomorrow. I want to go like a liger to the end.”
PCO Confident He’ll Re-Sign With ROH
Riing of Honor World Champion PCO is hopeful that he’ll continue to work with the company. (H/T to Andrew Thompson of Post Wresting.) In an interview with Mike Mooneyham of The Post & Courier, PCO reflected on his lengthy career. He also discussed his status with Ring of Honor. “‘We’re on good terms,'” said PCO via Mooneyham. “‘We’re finalizing a new contract. ROH has shown tremendous confidence in me, and we have a great relationship. I’m sure we’ll extend the contract. It’s just a matter of time.'”
