On the recent “Under The Ring” podcast, WWE NXT’s Je’Von Evans shared about his experience being trained at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL by Matt Bloom and Johnny Moss. He expressed that he values the opportunity to learn from some of the best in wrestling and he aspires to reach his full potential, no matter what advice he gets. Evans particularly appreciates the straightforward and honest feedback from Bloom and Moss.

On a separate note, Jonathan Coachman also recently made an appearance on “The Angle” podcast where he talked about his experience working with John Cena in WWE. He shared a unique story about Cena’s dedication and work ethic and also commented on Cena’s potential retirement. He praised Cena’s understanding of the toll wrestling takes on one’s body and thinks that Cena is ready to transition into other ventures.

Highlights from their conversations are provided below:

Je’Von Evans: “The chance to learn from the best wrestlers is a privilege… My aim is to be the best… My preferred coaches are Matt Bloom or Johnny Moss. They are so directly honest and upfront…”

Jonathan Coachman’s thoughts on John Cena retiring: “This may seem disrespectful, but at some point, I’m going to encounter Ric Flair again… At the end of the day, I could be a seventeen-time world champion if they decided to give it to me. So to me, that record has little significance… Now, don’t sympathize with [Cena], he was earning 50 to 100 thousand dollars every night in the main event…”
