In this week’s episode of AEW Fright Night Dynamite, Orange Cassidy was the one who started the proceedings with a statement. He openly spoke about needing to assume a leadership role, an idea that is alien to his usual ways. His target? The Blackpool Combat Club. Moreover, he threw down a challenge to Jon Moxley for a match at the AEW Full Gear 2024 for the globally coveted AEW World Championship.

Adjoining the show, Moxley reciprocated Cassidy’s challenge. He asserted that it was he who invited the challenge after the defeat of Chuck Taylor. Another conflict involving Wheeler Yuta ensued, but Cassidy, emerging at the right time, managed to defuse the situation. He also had support from Dark Order, Lio Rush, Action Andretti, and Private Party. Even Darby Allin descended from the rafters to provide assistance during the melee.
