Jon Moxley Defeats PAC, Becomes No. 1 Contender For AEW Belt

Jon Moxley wasn’t 100 percent going into the main event of AEW Dynamite due to Chris Jericho’s attack last week, but he put on a gutsy performance against PAC.

Both PAC and Moxley put on a brawl that saw them wrestle out with the crowd. PAC’s strategy was clear as he kept targeting Moxley’s injured eye, but he couldn’t put away “Mox.” The finish finally came after Moxley hit not one but two Paradigm Shifts on the Brit. The No. 1 contender’s spot was on the line and with the victory, Moxley will face Chris Jericho at AEW Revolution. It will be Moxley’s first opportunity at the belt.
