In the recent broadcast of AEW Collision, wrestler Jon Moxley launched a surprise attack on Swerve Strickland with a crowbar. The unanticipated attack followed Swerve’s speech about his impending title bout at Dynasty where he is slotted to face off against either Moxley or Cope.
The attack by Moxley was unexpected and swift. He struck Swerve with a curb stomp from behind and swiftly exited through the horde of spectators while medical officers rushed to attend to the surprised Strickland.
Up next for Moxley is the defense of his AEW World Title against Cope. This highly anticipated bout will take place as a Street Fight on the forthcoming Wednesday’s Dynamite show.
