In the recent episode of AEW Collision, an attack was unleashed by Jon Moxley on Swerve Strickland using a crowbar, post Swerve’s commentary about his approaching title match at Dynasty. The contender for the match would be either Moxley or Cope.
Coming from behind, Moxley surprised Swerve with a curb stomp and then made a quick exit through the crowd while Strickland was attended by the medical team.
Moxley is set to defend his AEW World Title against Cope in the Street Fight on the upcoming Wednesday Dynamite edition.
