In the latest installment of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy series, he talked about establishing a trinity with Speedball Mountain at the TNA Under Siege event where they squared off with The System. The latter team – which included Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards & Moose – ultimately clinched the match.
Sharing his thoughts on the match, Matt Hardy recounted:
“This whole journey has been exhilarating. I have known Trent Seven from previous encounters, and our interactions have always been pleasant – we used to come across each other during the WWE international tours in the UK and Europe. So, it was a great experience sharing the ring with him again. His keen ideas and infectious enthusiasm were definitely a standout for me.”
He further added,
“My interactions have been enriching, especially with Speedball Mike Bailey. Although I’ve met Bailey on a few occasions, this was the first time we had a substantive exchange, and I must say, I found it extremely pleasant. Our collaborative effort in creating this match together, exchanging ideas, was truly a unique experience. Bailey’s intelligent approach to psychology and match formation was highly impressive – his novel viewpoint even more so. Working alongside these two immensely talented individuals was a joy, and personally, I had a great time sharing the stage with the lightning-fast Mike Bailey. Looking forward to collaborating with them in the future.”
