John Cena To Appear More On WWE TV Than First Expected

John Cena may be a leading man in Hollywood, but fans will get to see more of the former World Champion than first expected on the road to WrestleMania 39.

During this week’s Raw, Cena accepted Austin Theory’s challenge for a United States Championship match this April.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it is reported that Cena has wrapped filming of his upcoming movie Ricky Stanicky, and will be available for future episodes of RAW.

It had initially been believed that filming would have lasted past WrestleMania 39 and that Cena’s promos for the event would have to be done via satellite.

WWE WrestleMania 39 will take place in Inglewood, California, on April 1 and April 2.
