During a recent guest appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, professional wrestler Joe Hendry opened up about his journey within the world of TNA Wrestling and how the audience response played a key role in solidifying his long-term contract.
In today’s edition of Bound For Glory 2024, Hendry is all set to square off against Nic Nemeth for the coveted TNA World Title.

Touching upon what motivated him to get in touch with.TNA, he remarked: “I was wrestling for a company named North Wrestling, where the audience size fluctuated between 200 to 250 individuals, and I had an entry scene on Scotty 2 Hotty that the crowd totally adored.”
Regarding the initiation of his three-month short term agreement with TNA, Hendry shared: “I said ‘I know I can do this; I know I can get over, give me three months to get over it. And if I don’t, you can downright fire me.”
Expressing the reaction of his fans to his comeback, he stated: “Upon finishing my second fight, a member of Impact management was present there. They expressed their intentions to hand me a long-term deal.”
