Joe Hendry Offers Insights on His TNA Contract Status, Trent Beretta Criticizes Orange Cassidy

Trent Beretta is presently sidelined due to an injury, but utilized Twitter to throw shade at Orange Cassidy recently. Cassidy knocked out Beretta with a wrench in the last episode of AEW Collision, leading to Beretta’s ongoing absence from television. Beretta’s injury has been an ongoing issue since Double or Nothing, and he hasn’t competed since.

On his twitter handle, Beretta posted: “burning electric shock feeling down arm into hand, weakness in shoulder and bicep, constant throbbing pain in neck and trap but it’s sooo goddamn funny when d*ckhead puts his hands in his pockets that it makes it all okay”.

Meanwhile, Joe Hendry was a guest on the “Talk Is Jericho” podcast during which he spoke about a several subjects, inclusive of his present contract with TNA Wrestling. Hendry revealed that he had a fair amount of time left on his ongoing contract with TNA.

In his words: “We’ve got a while. But because of the working relationship, I really feel like anything is possible. I’m very thankful to TNA management. Any time, not once have I gone to them with an opportunity, and not once have they said no. I’ve gone to them and said, ‘I think this would be great.’ They always support me.”

Hendry added: “There was a time recently, I went to TNA, they had some big matches for me coming up, and I said, ‘I want to go to Orlando and I want to train with Ace Steel and Natalya and Tyson Kidd. I’m going to go. If you want to help me facilitate this, I would appreciate it.’ They said, ‘What can we do to help?’ Whenever I’ve tried to invest in myself, TNA has helped me do that. They’ve been behind me all the way. They’re very giving to the ideas and opportunities that present themselves. I really feel like anything is on the table.”
