After being released from WWE earlier this year, the first event featuring the former wrestling champion, Jinder Mahal, has been disclosed. Moving forward, he will be recognized by his new professional name, Raj Dhesi.
Mahal was among several personalities who were let go by WWE in April this year, in spite of having a high-profile interaction with The Rock in January.
Recently, WrestleCade, the upcoming wrestling convention, announced that Dhesi, previously known as Jinder Mahal, will manifest in their upcoming series of events from November to December 2024.
WrestleCade passionately announced on Twitter, “WrestleCade Weekend returns with former WWE champion Raj Dhesi, formerly known as Jinder Mahal. Presented by our partners at Frizzle Promotions. The event will be at Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem, NC, from Nov 29-30 and Dec 1. Tickets are available at our website.”
Since his departure from WWE, Dhesi hasn’t been involved in any matches. The most recent match of the wrestler traces back to April 5, 2024, in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal episode of SmackDown, where he was not victorious.
