Jim Ross Returning To AEW Dynamite To Call Championship Match

Tony Khan went to Twitter late Friday evening to promote what fans can expect from the next episode of AEW Dynamite. The main event is the No Holds Barred World Title match pitting Jon Moxley against Jake Haeger. Khan revealed that Jim Ross would be returning to the booth specifically for that important contest.

With Jim Ross commentating and AEW advertising it as an “empty arena” match despite every match being that technically, we can summarize that Mox vs. Hager will be out of the ordinary. Perhaps AEW is trying their hand at some sort of Boneyard Match, or perhaps they’ll find some other way to surprise us.
Otherwise, the team of Chris Jericho and Tony Schiavone will be announcing Lance Archer’s TNT Championship tournament match against Colt Cabana and Chuck Taylor going up against Kip Sabian. Considering their work last time around, most fans will likely be more than happy with the results.
