Jim Ross says Bryan Danielson is a “gift” to the professional wrestling business.
Taking to his “Grilling JR” podcast, the AEW commentator and WWE Hall of Famer opined on Danielson’s contributions to AEW as a wrestler and as part of the company’s creative process. He said,
“What a gift he is to the business. What a gift he is to AEW. I think Bryan Danielson could write television better than anybody we got,” Ross said. “I think he’s got a great mind for the business, and I’m sure that going forward, his contributions won’t be limited to what happens bell-to-bell. He’s a great addition to the team.”
As we previously reported here on eWn, Danielson has been working on the creative team for AEW Collision. He is currently sidelined with a broken arm injury that he suffered at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door II pay-per-view event.
