Tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown started with Jey Uso delivering a brutal assault to Otis, and his chaotic spree didn’t end there, as he continued to take out his frustration on Daniel Bryan and helped Sami Zayn walk out of SmackDown with a win.
During a match between Zayn and Bryan, things got out of hand almost immediately, and eventually led to the two brawling backstage. Just as it looked as if Zayn and Bryan would both be counted out, Zayn came running down to the ring and slid in. With Bryan notably absent, the referee counted to ten, and declared Zayn the winner. After Zayn won, cameras cut back to the backstage area, which showed that Bryan was held up due to Uso attacking him in a brutal fashion, with a referee eventually having to check on Bryan.
