During a recent guest appearance on “The Bill Simmons Podcast”, former professional wrestler Jesse Ventura reflected on Vince McMahon’s success in face of his reputation to be contentious. He also delved into his memories of his comeback to WWE and the allegiance he feels towards Vince.

Ventura remarked, “Vince was successful because as terrible as he was, all the other promoters were even worse. No joke. To me, Vince seemed like a lifeline. I recall, deciding to go back to Vince for the last time, I had already made up my mind to leave the business. It was going to be my final stint with Vince; whether it failed or succeeded, that was it. We did make it and I have to give Vince credit for a significant favor he did for me. That is the reason behind my loyalty to him, and that’s all I have to say on that.”

In a subsequent event, Tommy Dreamer shared his insights on the ongoing feud between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast. He suggested that this rivalry is nearing its end.

The two women are gearing up for the Women’s World Title on WWE RAW, which is scheduled to be streamed on Netflix on January 6th.

In the words of Dreamer, “By then, this feud should be over. This has been drawn out too long. The injuries have certainly delayed it, right? But if Liv continues to gain the upper hand over Rhea, then maybe it’s time for Rhea to consider switching to ‘SmackDown.’ With the prospect of Becky looming, Liv will present a fresh challenge, especially if ‘The Man’ targets her. The idea of Rhea shifting to ‘SmackDown’ to perhaps engage with Nia [Jax] could bring a fascinating turn of events and introduce a refreshing dynamic if they end up switching.”
