Pwinsider is reporting that Jerry Lawler has pulled out of The Big Event convention in New York as he is set to be at this week’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings in his hometown of Memphis, TN. It’s unknown if Lawler will appear on camera.

Lawler noted that he could not book a flight after SmackDown to reach NYC before the convention, so he had to pull out.

Taking to Twitter, Natalya shared a photo of herself with the late Mae Young, who would have celebrated her 101st birthday yesterday.

Natalya wrote, I remember the first day I met Mae Young. She told me all about wrestling Mildred Burke. I loved hearing her stories and her perspective on womens wrestling. She was a one of a kind and a very strong woman inside and out. Love you, Mae. Happy birthday!
