The Jericho Appreciation Society disbanded on Wednesday’s edition of AEW Dynamite.

This week’s show kicked off with the Jericho Appreciation Society in the ring for a “mandatory meeting” with Chris Jericho coming out to respond to the meeting being called.

One by one, the group addressed their grievances, explained why they were leaving, and walked out, starting with Daniel Garcia and moving on to Jake Hager, Tay Melo, Anna Jay, Angelo Parker, Matt Menard, and Sammy Guevara.

Each of the stablemates stated how they gave so much for Jericho and received little to nothing in return.

The disbanding was a direct result of Jericho and Konosuke Takeshita breaking the rules to defeat Garcia and Guevara in a tag match on Dynamite last week.

Guevara informed Jericho that he had a lot to work on and that if he does, he might return in the future.

Later on, Jericho met with Don Callis backstage and said he’d answer Callis’ invitation about joining his family next week.
