All Elite Wrestling’s backstage crew member, Jennifer Pepperman, has garnered considerable praise for her exceptional work since she joined the renowned promotion earlier in the year.
Pepperman became part of AEW around the same time as Mercedes Mone in the Spring of 2024, and has been working in close collaboration with the reigning AEW TBS/NJPW Strong Women’s Champion.
According to the most recent issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, acclaim has been forthcoming for Pepperman primarily for her contributions to promotional materials, particularly showcased in the recent Mone-Britt Baker segment.
Able to work with both genders, she has also collaborated with the males in the company such as ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe and International Champion Will Ospreay, aiding in the advancement of their promos.
In contrast with the perception held by some, the report clarifies that Pepperman is not responsible for planning the women’s division’s schedule, instead she is focused solely on assisting with promotional materials.
