Jeff Jarrett got very close to receiving a WWE figure of himself by Mattel, according to the WWE Hall of Famer.

After his controversial exit from WWE in 1999, Jarrett’s days of being blacklisted ended in 2018 when he was welcomed back as part of that year’s Hall of Fame class.

Jarrett would part ways with WWE last year and would never receive a figure of himself by Mattel, something Double-J discussed during his “My World” podcast. He said,

“It’s really cut and dry. Man oh man, we got really close so much so I think Mattel jumped the gun. Now, what, that, was about a year ago or something like that, but I don’t have an agreement in place with them. It’s just, truly that simple, I don’t have a deal.”

During San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022, Jarrett was announced as part of Mattel’s WWE Ultimate Edition line but the figure was never released.

Not long after leaving WWE, Jarrett would join AEW where he has teamed with Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh, and Sonjay Dutt.
