On a recent episode of the “My World” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett shared his views on the matches between Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher, as well as Toni Storm and Mariah May that took place at AEW Revolution 2025.

Here are some noteworthy moments from the podcast:

During a discussion about the match between Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher at AEW Revolution, Jarrett asked: “Are these two the finest athletes, in terms of pure talent, on our team? They are definitely up there. Consider the added dimension of the cage — and as I mentioned on Zero Hour, this was Kyle Fletcher’s very first cage match. Despite being in the wrestling business for around seven to nine years, he’d never been in a cage match. Facing Will Ospreay in a debut cage match in Los Angeles on pay-per-view raised the stakes massively. However, I must commend him.”

On The Hollywood Ending match, Jarrett stated, “I would say it showcased sound to excellent psychological tactics. True, it may not suit everyone’s tastes. Some may think it’s too violent, others may feel it’s overdone. However, in Dutch Mantell’s words, ‘When you feel like you have gone too far, give yourself a pat on the back.’ You’re meant to push the limits, and occasionally on pay-per-view, you push past them. Bearing in mind the story surrounding their entire wrestling program, and the intense competition they faced, I’d say hats off to both ladies. They truly gave their all. This is what our business is all about – a narrative that unfolds over several months, culminating in a satisfying climax. Reflecting on the final shot where it read ‘The End’ and both warrior women are down, I likened it to Shakespeare for the masses. It signalled, ‘That’s the end of that chapter.’ Both ladies deserve massive praise.”
