On a recent episode of his podcast, “My World”, Jeff Jarrett offered his insights into the AEW Continental Classic and made some forecasts concerning which contenders will advance to the Worlds End 2024 championship.
Some of the notable comments made during the podcast are outlined below:
Addressing forecasts of the AEW Continental Classic champion, he said, “Determining the winner is tough. It all depends on who is more determined and more needy. Ricochet seems to have an upper hand on the Gold side. The most seasoned player among the 12 contestants is without a doubt Okada. However, I expect Fletcher to come out victorious from the Blue division. Despite his young age of 25, he has spent a decade honing his skills and traveling worldwide to gain essential experiences. I therefore foresee both Fletcher and Ricochet making it to the finals.”
Speaking about the divided opinions amongst fans regarding AEW’s decision to incorporate Big AJ and The Rizzler for Full Gear: “Judging by the crowd, there was an overwhelming majority excited for AJ, Big Justice, and Riz, making up approximately 70 to 80% of the crowd. But, of course, everyone has different preferences. I had an enlightening conversation with a certain individual, whose name I won’t name. I had to tell him that it’s okay if this isn’t your thing. Hopefully, the subsequents 9 or 10 pay-per-view events, Dynamite or Collision integrations, or potential cultural crossovers, will appeal to you. The key point being, don’t allow preferences for individual players to ruin the entire experience for you. The Rizzler was definitely a hit, as was Connie.”
