When discussing WWE’s move to honor the match up between Bret Hart versus Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13 into the Hall of Fame, Jarrett said, “This is interesting. As I contemplate this, I’m intrigued by the industry dynamics that made this match a top choice. Reflecting on this, it’s clear that this match concluded a lot in a significant manner. It makes me wonder how they landed on this particular match and whether the decision stirred up any egos with other wrestlers thinking their matches should have received the honor first.”
Jarrett further speculated on the rationale for this move, mentioning, “Ultimately, this is a commercial industry that thrives on revenue growth. This move is geared towards generating revenue and enhancing entertainment value.
