COVID-19 has not went away completely despite the wide array of vaccinations available to the public and another example of that showed today when it was reported that Jeff Hardy has tested positive for the virus. Jeff has not commented on the reports.

It’s unknown if Jeff Hardy got the vaccine himself, but he did record a song in late 2020 titled ‘Vaccine’ that encouraged people to get the vaccine when it was available. At the time, he said “I wrote this song called Vaccine about how a vaccine is needed, because that’s the ultimate hope as far as the world because you see it every day on the news.”

A recordBar venue in Kansas City, where Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear tomorrow to a sold out crowd, posted the news on Facebook. They said “We regret to inform you that the event with Jeff Hardy to take place on Monday July 26, 2021 at recordBar in Kansas City, MO will have to be postponed to a later date. Jeff Hardy just tested positive for COVID-19 this morning, and will have to quarantine for the next two weeks, and will not be participating in any live events for the next two weeks.”

Tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled date that is TBD. Hardy was last in action last Monday when he defeated Karrion Kross after getting his old theme song ‘No More Words’ back.
