After a hiatus following an injury and the termination of his AEW contract, Jeff Hardy made a comeback to TNA Wrestling, reappearing at the Against All Odds 2024 pay-per-view match in the past week.
Jeff graced the event to back his brother Matt Hardy, Ryan Nemeth, Nic Nemeth, and Joe Hendry who were set against The System, a team comprising of Moose, Eddie Edwards, and Brian Myers.
Speaking with “MuscleManMalcolm” in a recent interview, Hardy took the chance to express his gratitude to his fans as he makes his re-entry into TNA.
He maintained, “In my personal life, there have been occurrences that required me to start afresh multiple times. I can’t help but feel thrilled about starting afresh this time around, not to break it down again, but in the context of my career and very existence. When I reflect on (CM) Punk, I can’t help but acknowledge his extraordinary potency. I possessed that enormous power at a juncture in my life. I’m starting over to regain it because I have an exceptional bond with my fans, as everyone is well aware of. I have to convince both myself and them that there is a persistence of a glimmer inside me that is bound to glow brighter than ever before.”
A recording of the interview is available for viewing below, which features the Hardy Boyz reminiscing about their past WrestleMania 25 match and Jeff Hardy’s departure from AEW. [embedded content]
