In a recent guesting on “Huge Pop Radio”, WWE Hall of Fame awardee JBL heaped praise onto WWE’s Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, celebrating and highlighting his less known contributions in intensifying and enhancing the performances of other wrestlers.
Below are some key points taken from the JBL’s interview:
When speaking about how Triple H was always aiming to boost his fellow wrestlers, JBL said, “Triple H, when it comes to promoting other guys, he’s never been stingy. His record at WrestleMania might not be great, but that’s because he’s always been willing to help other guys rise to the top. This fact often goes unnoticed, but he was exceptional at it. He’d make others shine so much, his contributions would fade into the background because of his sheer skill.”
Discussing the sharp minds of Paul Levesque and Scott Hall inside the ring, he noted, “[Levesque] is an incredibly smart individual. He’s not only smart outside the ring but inside as well. There are few people who have such a calm and composed presence. Scott Hall was one such wrestler. He was an impressive worker, and same goes for Jake Roberts.”
