In a quite hilarious tale, he narrated his ordeal of needing to use the lavatory late in the night, the difficulty of operating in a warzone with minimal light, and the resulting awkward circumstance when spotlights caught him.
Discussing the recruitment of talent for the WWE Iraq tour, JBL stated that even though he was not actively involved in the talent recruitment due to his injury, people were aware of his impending journey. His engagements included promotional work for Vince globally and taking part in Xbox events. When he returned from the tour, JBL mentioned that many were curious about his trip.
