Wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer, John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield, has expressed uncertainty over any potential future switch to AEW, reminding fans that it’s best not to utter “never” in the world of professional wrestling.
Throughout this year, JBL has made his presence felt across an array of promotions such as AAA and TNA, partnering with the likes of Nic Nemeth, along with making appearances in GCW and MLW.
In a recent interaction with “SportsKeeda Wrestling” during a Q&A session, the subject of Layfield possibly signing up with AEW came up. His response was, “I’ve always been a lifelong WWE guy. I’ve always been loyal to WWE so probably not. But you know as I say you never say never.”
Fueling his recent come-back to the wrestling arena, JBL cited his motivation stemmed from the desire of not wanting his wrestling chapter to end with his feud with Baron Corbin.
In related news, JBL’s potential move to AEW was also a point of discussion for AEW commentator Jim Ross. The link here will take you to his comments.
