Shane McMahon, a known figure in the wrestling world, was reported to have had a social engagement with Tony Khan, the president of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at a private airport in Arlington, Texas this past week. The event has triggered conjecture indicating this interaction could be McMahon’s strategic move for a WWE comeback.
Former TBS Champion Jade Cargill expressed her views on Khan and McMahon’s meeting in a recent interview with the “Sportskeeda Wrestling”. Keeping her remarks straightforward she stated, “I mean, good for them. I feel like I’m focused here at WWE. I’m excited for what we’re bringing to the table. But, at the end of the day, there’s a lot of opportunities and I’m not one to sit back and shun on anybody. That’s great for him. That’s more opportunities for all of us, but I’m more so focused on the WWE bubble and what we got going on here.”
Cargill, who left AEW the previous year to join WWE, and her partner Bianca Belair were defeated by The Unholy Union in a WWE Women’s Tag Team Title rematch on SmackDown just last night.
