Izzy Moreno, better known amongst wrestling fandom as the ultimate Bayley enthusiast, is basking in the glory of her full circle achievement: a gold medal victory in Mission Pro Wrestling.
During the 2010s, Moreno first gained recognition in the WWE Universe. Back then, she was a consistent supporter for Bayley during her WWE NXT tenure and was frequently spotted cheering in events for “the Hugger.”
After her recent victory as an MPW Champion, Moreno took to Twitter, where she shared a clip of her sharing embraces with fans. She expressed her delight in being a source of inspiration to fans in much the same way Bayley had inspired her.
In a touching Twitter post, Moreno reminisced, “Once upon a time… I went to an NXT Largo show and my favorite wrestler @itsBayleyWWE took a pic of me watching the matches, posted it and said ‘this is why I do this.’ I felt those words when all the kids came into the ring to celebrate me becoming NEW @MissionProWres Champ!❤️”
Her championship win happened just four months after her initial victory in Mission Pro Wrestling, also known for an incident where Moreno, the WWE mega fan turned professional wrestler, was slapped by AEW’s Thunder Rosa.
