WWE recently applied for a new trademark.
On March 3, “The Culling” was submitted by WWE to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the category of entertainment services.
The exact use of this newly filed trademark by WWE remains a mystery.
The official description of the trademark is as follows:
“It is related to entertainment in the form of wrestling matches, as well as the provision of news and information about wrestling through a worldwide computer network. It also includes entertainment services like wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer, and a series of live, televised and online appearances as well as interviews featuring professional wrestlers and sports entertainers, for entertainment purposes”
In last night’s WWE RAW event, IYO SKY came out on top against Rhea Ripley to win the WWE Women’s World Championship.
Her triumph established SKY as the first female wrestler to accomplish a Grand Slam in two significant wrestling promotions.
On Twitter, SKY expressed her joy post the win and thanked her fans saying, “I want to express my gratitude over a million times.”
