Fans of WOW – Women of Wrestling have seen the last of Reka Tehaka in the promotion as the wrestler has announced that she has left.

On Instagram, Tehaka shared a statement confirming her exit and explained why. She said,

“It is with mixed emotions that I inform you of my departure from WOW (Women of Wrestling). My time at WOW was not just about wrestling. It was a movement of empowering women, creating bonds, teamwork, sacrifice, shared and individual goals and mutual respect. David McLane and Jeanie Buss, thank you and I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development my time at WOW afforded me. Much love to Selena Majors and AJ Mendez for their much guidance and support. To my sisterhood, hair/ makeup, wardrobe and everyone behind the scenes that worked together to make the magic of WOW happen, I appreciate and miss you all. Although I have departed from WOW, I am looking forward to what 2024 will bring. I am open for all bookings.”

Former WWE Superstar AJ Lee was part of WOW – Women of Wrestling but announced in August of last year that she had finished with the company.
