In a recent interaction with WFAN, professional wrestler Mercedes Mone discussed the challenging aspects of securing her role in the popular series ‘The Mandalorian’ whilst still being a member of the WWE ensemble. She expressed,
“Ohh yes. Oh yes. That’s definitely a big reason why I transitioned to AEW. Even landing a role in The Mandalorian was arduous with WWE, it was almost impossible to get permission for time off to film the series. Tony (Khan), however, is very supportive. He assures me that whatever I may require, even if it’s a private jet to commute between LA and shows, will be readily available.”
