In what type of special match would you place Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa? | Today’s Inquiry.

It’s time for another eWrestlingNews Discussion Point!

There’s no doubt that Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa are on a collision course to determine the rightful ‘Tribal Chief’. Reigns, dubbing himself the ‘Original Tribal Chief’, has targeted Sikoa repeatedly, especially after his unexpected appearance at WWE SummerSlam.

This tension will soon escalate from these isolated incidents to a full-fledged wrestling match. So, what’s your vision for it?

Here’s my question for you: ”How would you plan out the match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa?”

Don’t forget to leave your thoughts in the comments.

As for my opinion…

I believe the buildup should be a gradual process with several stages. WarGames is the platform where I hope to see the matchup of Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, The Usos, and Sami Zayn, led by Paul Heyman, face off against Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Talla Tonga, supported by none other than The Rock.

In the meanwhile, a one-on-one showdown between Reigns and Sikoa is necessary while we’re building towards the big money match between Reigns and Rock for WrestleMania.

Based on my expectations, a solo match between Reigns and Sikoa will take place at WWE Bad Blood, with a six-man tag match featuring Reigns and The Usos against Sikoa’s team slated for Bash in Berlin.

The importance of the ula fala necklace should be highlighted more during the buildup to Bad Blood. Although I appreciate the novelty of a match with a central object on a pole, I want to avoid trivializing this important Bloodline Civil War storyline.

I do believe Reigns should emerge victorious, firmly establishing his position as the Tribal Chief and quelling any doubts. Sikoa is to be portrayed as a pretender, not the heir to the throne. By securing a win, Reigns would convincingly set up The Rock’s return for WarGames.

While I envision a No Disqualification match between Reigns and Sikoa, I believe it would be interesting to revitalize the concept of Tribal Combat – an intense personal feud that can only end by knockout or submission, where the loser must surrender the ula fala to the winner, declaring them the rightful Tribal Chief. This will further fuel Sikoa’s motivation when he calls in The Rock to switch the momentum.

After all, who better to dethrone the Tribal Chief than The High Chief, right?
