In a recent episode of the “Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus revealed some shocking news about her health. During her Steel Cage Match with Becky Lynch at WWE Payback 2023, she suffered a concussion.
Stratus disclosed during the conversation, “After the match, my team informed me that a moment with a fan had gone viral. To my surprise, I couldn’t recall it at all. I later found out from them that I had suffered a concussion during the match which caused the memory gap. My character remained intact during the incident, a fact which came as a surprise when I watched it back later.”
In addition, exciting news has arrived from Seth Rollins. He hinted in an interview with ESPN about a surprise in store for his referee outfit at WWE SummerSlam 2024.
Teasing his fans, Rollins said, “You will have to watch the event on Saturday to find out. Monday’s episode gave a sneak peek into what’s to come, but the main spectacle is yet to be revealed.”
Expressing his intent to carve his own path, he added, “I’ve been gathering inspiration and although I don’t aim to outshine Shawn Michaels – deemed to be among the greatest special guest referees – I certainly plan on carving my own path.”
