IMPACT Wrestling Releases Daga

IMPACT Wrestling has reportedly granted the release request of Daga, according to Wrestling Inc. While the wrestler requested his release several months ago, it was not granted due to IMPACT attempting to repair the relationship and re-sign him.
Daga is the husband of Tessa Blanchard, who was the IMPACT World Champion before being fired earlier this year. He made his debut with IMPACT Wrestling in February 2019, and has been a member of the company ever since. His last match for the company came in March, where he lost to Chris Bey.
Daga is currently the AAA Latin American Champion, which he won in October of last year, and has only worked a handful of events since the pandemic hit.
