Ian Riccaboni Signs Multi-Year Contract With AEW

Ian Riccaboni has inked a new multi-year deal with AEW, reports Fightful Select.

Riccaboni has been calling ROH on a regular basis. The 36-year-old broadcaster worked AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts VII last night.

Riccaboni will continue to work AEW Collision while Kevin Kelly covers the the NJPW G1 Climax 33 tournament in Japan. He may also call AEW Dynamite and Rampage when Excalibur takes time off.

Riccaboni reportedly received “heavy praise” backstage for his work last night on AEW Collision.

AEW actually offered Riccaboni a full-time Collision role when the show was first announced, but he didn’t want to do it full-time due to family reasons and recommended Kelly instead.
