During a recent interaction with “Barstool Wrestling,” Hulk Hogan, a well-respected figure in WWE Hall of Fame, was questioned about his rapport with current professional wrestlers.

Hogan affirmed that he is regularly in contact with several active wrestlers. He recently had a conversation with reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes and previous AEW World Champion Chris Jericho.

Hogan revealed that Jericho had mentioned they are paying tribute to him in their performances, specifically citing the “Hollywood Hogan ’96” era.

In his words, “Yeah. I’ll connect with Cody [Rhodes] now and then, or we’ll converse, you understand. He adorns that weightlifting belt and stuff like that. I interact with many of the wrestlers like Chris Jericho. He’s a close ally of mine. He mentioned, ‘Well, I’m just mirroring Hollywood Hogan ’96.’ I congratulated him, saying, ‘You’re doing it excellently, comrade.’ So, I engage with numerous of the new generation wrestlers. They’re still active.”

Jericho has integrated Hogan’s renowned tagline, “That doesn’t for me, brother,” into his character Learning Tree on AEW’s television show.
