Welcome again to the eWrestlingNews Question of the Day—on this occasion, it’s all about the male contenders in this year’s WWE Money in the Bank ladder match! Be sure to also check out our thoughts on the women’s version if you haven’t yet.

Once again, here’s your question: “Can you rank the 6 WWE Superstars involved in this year’s men’s ladder match from worst to best?”

By what standards would you rank these wrestlers? Who do you anticipate or hope will win the Money in the Bank briefcase in the men’s ladder match this year? What reasons have made you place Superstar X at #6 while Superstar Y at #1?

Don’t forget to share your responses in the comments section to keep the conversation going.

Meanwhile, here are my rankings:

6. Andrade

Andrade is unlikely to win. Probably, his inclusion is only due to WWE trying to make him relevant following his underwhelming return. His momentum is practically non-existent and he’s likely to elicit the weakest response among all. Considering the current scenario with Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline, and the power equation between Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, Gunther, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest on Raw, imagining him as a world champion seems far-fetched.

5. Chad Gable

While the idea of pushing Chad Gable is good, his supporters might be in for a big letdown. I see him acing the match but being dutifully interrupted and defeated, possibly by The Wyatt Sick6. With the array of top competitors for the titles on the road to WrestleMania, it’s tough to see Gable overshadow someone like The Rock. I do hope Gable earns a single’s title, but I don’t anticipate it happening in 2024.

4. LA Knight

LA Knight could potentially win and later challenge Logan Paul for the United States Championship. However, as likable as LA Knight is, I doubt his chances of winning. If he misuses the briefcase and fail, his popularity could suffer.

3. Carmelo Hayes

If the WWE prioritizes highlighting a budding talent by awarding the briefcase, Hayes would be a logical choice. But similar to other contenders, the likelihood of him winning any world title within this year is slim, considering the top-tier talent he would have to bypass. Therefore, achieving the United States Championship might suit him better.

2. Jey Uso

Even though I’m skeptical about Jey Uso’s chances, if a babyface emerges as the winner, he might be the one. However, I see more chances of him failing than succeeding. A scenario I can imagine is Jey losing the briefcase to The Rock, which could lead to an eventual twist with Cody Rhodes at Survivor Series or Royal Rumble.

1. Drew McIntyre

McIntyre is highly determined to win the briefcase, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he does. Nonetheless, I also imagine him losing out due to interference from CM Punk, leading to an intense confrontation at SummerSlam. Even if the MITB is wasted this year, it could serve to fuel other storylines.
